About me.
I’m the founder of LORA Concepts Inc. and a speaker, facilitator, and people development partner.

With nearly two decades of experience in financial services, I’ve seen firsthand what helps professionals succeed at work and what often gets in the way.

During my corporate career, I spent several years in Business Banking, in roles including relationship management, business development, risk management, and people leadership, in both client-facing and head office capacities. Along the way, I was also deeply involved in developing talent, designing and facilitating training programs and structured onboarding experiences for new hires.

That experience gave me a practical understanding of the workplace dynamics that shape performance, relationships, and career growth.

Today, I work with organizations to strengthen professionalism, self-awareness, and people skills so teams can work more effectively together.
Through keynotes, workshops, and consulting engagements, I help professionals communicate clearly, navigate workplace dynamics, take ownership of their work, and build stronger working relationships.

While my background is rooted in financial services, I now work with a range of office-based professional organizations that want to develop confident professionals and capable leaders.

In addition to my corporate experience, I hold an MBA and am a trained yoga and meditation teacher. This training informs my work around self-awareness, resilience, and managing pressure in demanding professional environments.

I’m currently writing a book that explores how leaders can better understand and support today’s newest generation of professionals at work.

At the heart of my work is a simple goal: helping people work together with greater self-awareness, confidence, and harmony.

I am guided by the following principles, which are the inspiration for my company name.
L
Leadership.
O
Openness.
R
Resilience.
A
Authenticity.
Who I work with
I work with office-based professional organizations that want to strengthen the human side of performance at work.

My clients recognize that technical expertise alone is not enough. Professionals also need the interpersonal and self-management skills that allow teams to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and navigate workplace challenges with confidence.

Through keynotes, training programs, and consulting engagements, I help organizations:
-
strengthen professionalism and workplace expectations
-
support the success of new hires and early-career professionals
-
equip managers to lead today’s workforce effectively
-
develop stronger communication and working relationships across teams.

While much of my early experience comes from financial services, I now partner with organizations across a range of professional industries that want to build confident professionals and stronger teams.

I also offer one-on-one development sessions for professionals who want support navigating workplace challenges, strengthening their professional presence, and growing in their careers.
