For professionals who want to work through what gets in the way at work
Work pushes us to develop how we do the work and how we handle ourselves while doing it.
I work with professionals who want to change how they show up at work, whether that’s building core professional skills, thinking through next steps in their career, or handling moments where they get stuck, overthink, or don’t respond the way they intended.
This includes things like navigating working relationships, clarifying expectations, making decisions about your role or direction, or feeling thrown off by pressure or uncertainty.
Some people work with me one-to-one.
Others join workshops.
The focus is the same: I help you function at work more clearly and more effectively.
My approach is grounded in something I call Compassionate Confidence: balancing the drive to perform with the ability to stay steady while you do it.
Without that, even growth can start to feel like pressure.

I help people work through what’s getting in the way, so they can handle work situations more effectively.
This often shows up in situations like:
-
Knowing what to say, but not saying it.
-
Overthinking or second-guessing decisions.
-
Feeling thrown off in conversations or under pressure.
-
Struggling to set boundaries or be direct.
-
Wanting to show up differently, but falling into the same patterns.
