I work with professionals who want to strengthen how they show up at work by working on themselves.

This includes building self-awareness, managing stress and emotions, clarifying values and direction, and developing practical people skills like communication, relationship-building, and focus. Some people work with me one-to-one. Others join open-enrollment workshops. All are doing personal, internal work that supports how they function at work and beyond.

My approach is grounded in compassionate confidence. This is about balancing the drive to perform and grow with self-respect and care. Without that balance, even inner work can become another source of pressure or self-criticism rather than something that actually helps.

Through individual sessions, workshops, and reflective practices, I help people build the self-awareness, inner steadiness, and practical skills that support more sustainable and harmonious ways of working.
