I work with organizations on a short-term or project basis, taking ownership of things like leadership offsites, all-hands team meeting, workplace skills training, employee onboarding, or other people-focused initiatives.

Planning and facilitating leadership offsites or team meetings.
Providing training on communication, relationship-building, networking, or other professional skills.
Providing one-to-one professional development support for leaders, managers, or high-potential employees.
Designing or improving employee onboarding programs and materials.
How it works

Meet to discuss your goals and needs.

Identify the appropriate engagement duration.
Based on the preferred support identified in step 2, we will agree on whether a three or six month engagement makes the most sense.

Identify preferred support needed from me.
If you want to proceed, we can have a more fulsome discussion to identify exactly what support you will want from me. This is typically a mix of training, coaching, design, and consulting.

Execute the agreement.
I will then draw up an agreement, including timelines, milestones, payment terms. Once executed, I can get to work!

I intentionally limit the number of businesses I work with at any given time, to ensure each client receives focused support and quality outputs. If my schedule is full when you apply, I’ll add your name to a waitlist and reach out as soon as a spot opens up.
