In this practical, relaxing workshop, I will help you improve your sleep using simple, effective techniques you can apply right away. You’ll learn breathing exercises, guided visualization and meditation practices, and straightforward mindset shifts to settle your mind and support your body in winding down. The focus is on real tools, not theory, so you can fall asleep more easily and return to sleep when you wake during the night. You’ll leave with a set of techniques you can use consistently to create more restful, steady nights. Date: Thursday, April 16, 2026 Time: 7 pm ET Duration: 2 hours Cost: CAD $44.95 + H.S.T.
